No. There are some antlerless-only archery OTC tags also.

There’s two different tags you can buy. Either sex archery which has its set of valid units, then there’s antlerless only archery which has its valid units.

Not sure if you are only an archery hunter, but note that the either-sex OTC archery tags are ‘List A’ and the antlerless are ‘List B’
Meaning that if you have antlerless archery you can still get a rifle (or MZ) bull or E/S tag. If you have the E/S OTC archery tag, you can’t get a Bull tag (for the most part)
