Christmas Quiz

Jacob Marley.

Who wrote and sang the carol; "Here Comes Santa Clause?"

I believe that would be Gene Autry.

Moving back to Dickens, what did the Ghost of Christmas Past have under his cloak? (I love that story, LB!

)

A stick of candy for a pretty little girl? (Look I know that is wrong and I know the real answer but let's give someone else a chance.) I just couldn't resist; I'm a pervert!!

He had starving orphans under his cloak to symbolize the poor people that had nothing for Christmas...hidden from view because the rich people like Scrooge preferred not to think about them, though they were always there.

Or so the story goes.
