Does pumping all that crap from New Orleans into the lake and river violate some pollution law?
Everybodies house chemicals, car gas, diesel, industrial chemicals, crap, everything, every chemical in a city, its getting pumped into the lake and river now. It doesn't look like its treated at all, that brown stuff coming out of those pipes over the levees in the pictures today.
What a mess.
