Another vote for Pat's. I took one to him in 2013. Had it steaked out with about 20 lbs of burger and breakfast sausage. It cost about $80 and everything was vaccum packed. I just found a couple of steaks from that goat in the bottom of my freezer and it was still sealed and fresh. Best prices I have found anywhere.
