Thinking about possibly doing a summer road trip to Ontario next year. I see they have public “crown lands”. I’m wondering about the logistics of just bumming around camping and fishing. Anybody have insights/advice?

If you call an Ontario official to ask questions make sure to call the closest office to your area you are planning on going and get the individuals information. I’ve read horror stories on the internet, mostly about Canadian customs, of the rules being interpreted very differently at each office.
