Camera for video and digiscoping

Ok, I’m a rookie. I’m not looking to spend more than 350$. Absolutely no rechargeables. I want to be able to hook it up to my scope or binos super fast like the Olympus t4 or whatever those tines up guys are using. Too bad it’s rechargeable. Compact and light are a must. Not interested in using a smart phone anymore. What fits that bill? Thank you!
