Has anyone been seeing calves as of yet?

Just saw my first this morning on a hike here in WA. It wasn't super young either, at least a week old if not two.

Personally, I have not, but I have seen photos from a couple friends in NW Wyoming and SE Idaho of some calves on the ground. Literally a couple days old. Good to see.

I've got a pretty good calving ground at my house and they are just starting to show up here.

I've been two newbies in the past two days.

Guessing they'll be all over the place soon.

Love to watch those little buggers when they really get their legs under them.

Saturday, we saw a new calf (wobbly walking) near Lincoln Mt.

Yesterday I saw 10 elk calves in the heard in the field below my house.
