Buying Preference Points

Does anyone know where a list is of the dates on which you can buy preference points for each state.

I know NV lets applicants select "bonus point only" but both residents and non-res must buy a license to do so.

In most states, you must get your bonus/preference point during the application period. Toprut has a pretty good table of deadlines on their free access page.

Wyoming allows the purchase of points after the application date, there may be others as well that I do not participate in. It's probably best to make your own checklist of states/species/dates if you apply in more than one or two states.
