With archery season opened up and the possibility of deer or elk on the ground in the next few weeks. Anybody have a good butcher in the Nampa/Boise area they use for jerky,pepperoni,and summer sausage?

Greenleaf Custom Meats out in Greenleaf does a pretty good job. I haven't personally taken anything there but the pepperoni I have had from others who have taken game there is dang good. Hopefully others can chime in and give you a few more references.

But get there quick, they take a limited number each year, and when they are full, they won't take any more.
