Burns

I know a little bit older burns are more productive but is a 2021 burn worth the effort?

I know the critters walk recent burns because I see their tracks. Never had much luck in them though.

We went six for six in the Tepee butte fire while it was still smoking in places. Forest Service seeded the area by helicopter, warm damp fall got germination going, elk were in there heavy until folks figured it out.
I would certainly work the hard to reach edges and pockets.
