Broadheads

i just bought some rocket xp mechanical broadheads have you heard if they are any good.

I am anti mechanicals...but that dont mean all that much since Im a novice. I use a fixed 3 blade with a cut on impact point, its called a Razorcap. Sweet looking head, hopefully will put it to use this fall!

I haven't used the XP, let us know how it works out. I have always shot Muzzy's, but this year I am going mechanical with the TEKAN broadhead. Flys great and looks like it will perform well.

which rocket xp are you talking about there are a couple diffrent kinds. The SteelHead XP, or The Recon XP. I have use the steelhead on a 350lb. russion boar and the broadhead made very short work of him. It was almost a complete pass through all the arrow came through except for the fletching. I was shooting a buckmaster G2 bow at 70 lbs. the shoot was at 12 yrds

i am shooting the stealhead xps. i have always shot mech. so i am not nervous about that thanks for your help. i will keep you posted.

As long as you place it right, it will work right.
