Boot stiffness

I currently have Lowa Caminos. So far they have been great but am wondering how their stiffness compares to boots from other manufacturers (Schnees, Crispi, etc). I am used to a slightly taller boot so looking at other options. It's hard to tell in store, so hearing actual experience is always helpful. example: How would they compare to a Schnee Timberline and Beartooth?

Last pair was the Camino and now have the crispi briksdal. The crispi in my opinion is a stiffer boot

I've got the Caminos and have run a number of Scarpa boots and now Crispi Lapponia 3's. Lapponia 3's are notably lighter and a bit less stiff. This elk season I put a lot of off trail miles on and never felt the need for more support than the Lapponia 3's, so for me it's a great stiffness level. It's my understanding that the Timberlines are similar or a touch stiffer than the Lapponia's as they're the more flexible option in the Schnees line.

Friends both use the Beartooth and love it, but it sounds like it's probably similar range of stiffness as the Camino.

Crispi All mountains are heavy, stiff, but reliable. I dont regret it at all when I'm trekking through dead fall or side hilling with a 50lb pack
