This is straight out of Geordie Gillette of Grand Targhee's playbook. He bought 500 acres years ago near coyote meadows just outside of Yellowstone and a long ways from anyplace and threatened to develop the hell out of it and leveraged it into a land swap with the FS for the base area at Targhee.
