Blue swimmer crab two ways

Caught up with my good mate and his wife recently for our regular catchup. He got a heap of blue swimmer crabs on a recent trip to South Australia.
We decided to do our own thing each. I Did a paella mate's wife did chilli crab. Hard to call a winner but damn that steamed chilli crab was good!

Hell yes!! My family back in nj does a crab fest every summer. One of my favorite meals of the year

Cheers fellas, they are damned good and a very sweet crab. Just a shame I need to wait until the end of the year to get some more!
