Hey folks,
Black bear newbie here. doing a spring bear hunt next year in MT. I'll be NW of Missoula. I like the idea of packing in to areas for a few days and hunting different areas that way but i keep hearing that driving/walking old logging roads is a better way to do it... while i hate the idea of just using a vehicle to find game, maybe it would be the most effective... for the folks that have done it before, which route would you recommend. Thanks!
