NICE! I was able to get within about 15' of a juvenile last year while out doing rangeland health.

It seems the rangeland health is always better before the Cows get turned out on it...... I wonder why our side always wins every case we file????

Miller - Notice the last year part. It was in July.

Jose - Rangeland health shouldn't be any different before or after cows have been turned out. Additionally, rangeland health shouldn't affect too many cases as it is not to be used for making management decisons, says so on the first page of the manual. Also, note the shouldn't...

PS - I know of a stay request that was denied last week. So, I'm not sure you can put that one in the win category.
