Hello everyone just wanted to give thanks to everyone in this forum and to Randy's youtube videos! After just beginning my hunting adventures only 3 years ago I tagged my first public land bull this past hunting season here in southwest colorado. All the info here definitely got me off the roads and into the back country and I am pretty sure that is why I was successful. The best part is was able to take my kiddo on her first nm youth hunt this past year in the Gila forest. I felt like I was following Randy on his adventures as well!! Unfortunately the kid wasn't able to punch her deer tag this year, she did get to see lots of elk and antelope and it definitely got her excited to go again. It has been a memorable hunting year for our family, something that we will cherish for years to come. Just wanted to say thank you all.
