Big Sky Youth Event, Billings

Took some antlers up to the event on Saturday to share with the kids. Had a great time. I have always enjoyed talking to people about antlers, especially kids. Any other hunt talkers take there kids to the event?

I also took ten antlers and hid them on the hill side and let the kids look for them. After lunch we had a drawing for the antlers. Always a good time introducing kids to the outdoors.

Sounds like a great program. I have done antlers vs horns themed programs for kids and they are always very popular!

The Big Sky Youth event is coming up the weekend of Aug 6. Looks like I will be able to return again this year. Any other Hunt Talkers planning to bring there kids.

That sounds like fun. I'll actually be in Billings next weekend visiting family - it would be a great thing to bring the kids to.

It will be at the Blue Creek Shooting complex. Kids start arriving at about 8:30 to 9:00 in the morning on the sixth of Aug.

This event for kids is Aug 5th. Lots of activity's for kids. Once again I plan to bring some antlers for display. If you are in Billings I hope to see you.
