It will make the trip to AZ and up to WY for Dave’s hunt. I will pull our 8k camper and put it thru the rigors of mountain driving.I, too, missed this the last 6 or so months and have been excited catching up on your progress! Be excited to hear if it's in a spot where you think you will be driving it out for your elk hunt this year?
Looks like you put a great build together, nice work!It will make the trip to AZ and up to WY for Dave’s hunt. I will pull our 8k camper and put it thru the rigors of mountain driving.

Wife drove it all week and took a friend to the airport 2.5 hours away. This original pressure line blew on the way home. It then proceeded to lock up the power steering pump which threw the serpentine belt. Then it coasted into the only place on the available exit. I loaded up and headed to rescue her.
Had to go inside and arrange parking while we coordinated getting a trailer to get it home. The folks inside were cool and let stay there for a couple hours. Finally got her home about midnight.
Let’s just say that all the things inside you could use to plug a hole were WAY WAY to big for situation. lolAt least you could stay entertained while waiting!![]()
Very expensive cover. The whole system is now full of metal and will have to be flushed. 2.5 tanks of fuel and a trailer rental. This is gonna easily cost over 500 by the time I get it fixed.Best cover story I’ve ever heard.
Not to mention what you spent inside.Very expensive cover. The whole system is now full of metal and will have to be flushed. 2.5 tanks of fuel and a trailer rental. This is gonna easily cost over 500 by the time I get it fixed.
Are you a ford guy?You should have traded that Chevy straight up for some sex lube and walked away. That thing is going to be nothing but a money pit until the day you send it to the scrap yard.

I pulled it front of the garage where I have access to my compressor. The snap on 1/2” impact made short work of getting it out. I had it out and on the bench in less than an hour.On the bright side you HAVE to be getting faster pulling it and re-installing!Hope you get it fixed this time.
