Big Belts Elk?

Big Belts elk hunting, is it worth the time or not? Got a friend who wants to go there and i know absolutely nothing about the area and he doesn't either. One of those someone told him to go there type of deals. I wasn't planning on going elk hunting this year but he is bugging me to go. Thanks in advance if you can share any general info. Not trying to internet scout just trying to gather some info since this all came up so fast.

Big Belts, huge waste of time. Try the Elkhorns or the other mountains on the west side of town. Seriously though, its mostly pretty tough country. There are elk all through the Belts, but it helps to know the country and where the elk are. Good luck!
