What do you think is the best boat for hunting waterfowl in?

I think the best is the smallest one you can get by with. Granted it sure is nice to drive around in one of those biggin's, but at the end of the day it's just that much more that looks outta place. I would recommend upgrading engines on a smaller boat.
How many decoys do you plan to carry, what type of water do you hunt? If we were hunting out of a boat, we usually took a 20 ft. Fisher flat bottom because of the stability during shooting. If we were using our blind, we usually took a 16 ft. Starcraft Mariner v-bottom. What ever you do make sure you have enough boat for the water you plan to hunt. When conditions turn bad, a big high sided flat bottom may not ride too comfortable but it pulled our rearends out of the fire more than once.
