Barbary Sheep Hunt

I cut up the meat last night and it was tough as nails! I've never seen thicker silver skin on any other game meat before...including mountain goat. It also smelled a little gamey. I've heard so many say it tastes bad or is just tough. So rather than risk not liking it and wasting any meat, i'm taking to the processor to get a bunch of salami and pepperoni made up.

I turned all of my Auodad into summer sausage after trying to eat it every other way. It is super tough meat so save yourself the effort and turn it all into processed meat snacks.
