AZ spring draw is hitting credit cards

I'll either be hunting Gould's Turkey or Merriam's, most likely the latter.

I'm really interested. I only got hit for $100 but a non-resident turkey permit is $105 (I only applied for goulds) and javalina is $115. I know its my javalina permit, but it has me hoping its a turkey for some reason.

I took the wife down there to visit for that very reason. Looked at Show Low and Payson. Payson was nice and got enough interest to make a return trip in the summer.

I’m convinced it’s anti hunters buying the tags and reporting “harvests”. There needs to be some sort of physical reporting. But, yes, i imagine that didn’t help at all either.

Put in on a whim, pulled a javelna tag as an NR. My son was drawn as well in the same unit as a resident. Gonna a great week in the desert.
