If you hunt in AZ or plan on hunting here in the future please look at their power point presentation and submit your commets - good, bad or ugly.

" Public input sought on license structure and fee concepts; meetings to be held statewide in May through early June

Now that the bill has been signed into law, the next step is that the Arizona Game and Fish Department will take some license structure and fee concepts out to the public to gather input and feedback that will assist in developing a new hunting and fishing license structure and fees."

They are probably due for a fee increase, I think they went a little overboard on this initial proposal. It's probably like negotiating the price of a car. They start high, we start low and hopefully meet in the lower-middle.

The only point I'm against is the proposed "premium hunts" with premium prices. The hunts haven't changed, they are just wanting to charge more for them.

The only way I would support it would be if the premium hunt money went directly into on the ground habitat improvement.
