At home meat processing

Like many others on here we do our butchering in the Kitchen. We have an island in the middle with a butcher block as the top. I have a slicer, grinder, sharp knives, and a few cutting boards. I also use a reciprocating saw for cutting bones to make stock. When we build a garage the plan is to build a meat cooler but that will be a while down the road I think.
