I guess I missed that part. I cut it fifty yards from my backdoor. I'll get it right next year.

Getting better at this archery stuff. Spotted this one running this morning and managed to intercept him. Apparently a fighter, since his left side was broken off a couple inches up.

Spot and stalk whitetail with a bow is about as fun as it gets. Congrats.

Doe came in weak side this morning and I took a risk and wheeled on her. She faced me so I took the frontal. 30 yard shot, 15 yard death run. Loving the 243/suppressor combo. Be interested to see what the inside looks like.

Doe season ends tomorrow, so snuck out to our ranch with my son to fill two tags. Didn’t snag an ATL on the first, but did on the 2nd.

Second to last day to hunt. Passed on several does and small bucks earlier in the season. Last light was able to fill my tag. 1 shot 200 yards. 270 Winchester 129gr LRX. Thankful for the opportunity.

Cut super fresh mountain lion tracks heading in the direction I was coming from. After about 20’ stumbled across this. Snapped a picture and got the f~ck outa there. Blood and piss not covered by fresh snow means less than 4 hours. Tracks had zero snow in them.

Edit to add it is a white tailed doe.
