Flipper, I'm sorry this is off the subject but I read somewhere that for Arizona now you can put in for a license without remitting the entire cost of the license if you put in for the license online? Is this correct? By the way good luck on your tag!

I dont know about the license part
But, if you apply for the elk, deer, or any other tags through their website, you only get charged the fee unless you are drawn. Then they tag you for the whole amount. I know, I got notification on my statement saying they deducted the fees already.
