My brother has a tag this year. He has been scouting it pretty hard the past few weekends and not turning much up. He has been down off the rim into some more remote country thinking that is where the elk will be. Anyone been up there bow hunting or deer hunting have any pointers? Could the elk still be up on top? And with the hunt starting soon will the elk move down off the rim into those areas once the hunt starts? Thanks.

They won't move off the rim until the snow piles up but recent history that won't happen. Scout the fingers that are in the blue that dive down towards fishhook mesa, really anywhere in the blue you should find the bulls
