Oh I remember the mimeograph ink! Moosie and I aren't over forty, but we grew up in the third world so everything was way behind the times (for that matter they played Howdy Doody on our one TV channel too). I was the kiss-ass student who always got to go down to the office to mimeograph the worksheets. That smell is unforgetable!

Boy does that bring back memories. I done most of the stuff on that list. Rode the streetcars with my grandma,hide under desks during the bay of pigs,licking green stamps to get something out of the book. Boy I wish there was a penny candy store like Whitefront in Mckees Rocks Pa. again. With 10 cents you got a big bag of candy and those wax thing's were on the menu. It's funny my wife and I were just talking about blackjack and clove gum and how we hated it when we were kids and now we like it. I don't know who sang that song but I know the next line. "once more round the block" don
