Yes, it is.

Treat bankhead jones land the same as USFS property. you can get a free map of the usable roads from the USFS also, I was advised "one vehicle width" off the two track is all they allow for parking. by USFS,

You can camp as far as you want from the road,,, as long as you carry it in,,,,, seemed a little tough with a camper !

Went on our first wyoming antelope trip in 2011, totally DIY. Had a blast - killed a buck and a doe + a coyote. Just do your homework and make a few calls to the WY Fish & Game to learn the ins and outs. Most of all be prepared to shoot long distance...... and have a great time! Just got a call today that my mount is ready to be shipped back> cant wait!
