This is the route i went. 5" and 4 oz. Tested really well at tbac 2025 sound summit and will work on my 16 inch bolt 223. Not sure how it compares to the echo though.

No - cant take it apart. My understanding is this stuff is whats reccomended and works well. I'll report back if not.

No it’s a sealed center fire with a shit pot full of cheap 5.56 through it. I throw it in a glass of CLR over night then rinse it out and hook it to the air compressor and blow the rest of it out
