A little over 2 hours...lots of action. Good story very well done. Great acting from a no-name cast. Not one word of english but the subtitling does not distract. Best flic I've seen in years.

I just watched "Apocalypto" on a rental. Very well done. One thing I like in a movie is when it transports you to a different place and time. A place you simply couldn't imagine otherwise. Mels view of the central American Mayans, 500 years ago is very believable and brutal. One of the most violent, bloody movies I've seen.
A very good movie, but not for the squmish or kids.
