Another tikka tinkering project

What made the 6 more appealing than a 25?

I like the lower recoil mainly. The 25 and 6.5 are so close with 140 in 6.5 and 134 in 25
I think Sierra will keep the 6mm cal bullets kept up in production because demand for the 6 will be a lot higher than the 25 cal bullet demand. Same for Berger. Hammer bullet option will always be there but I hate paying the prices and I like a bullet that destroys more tissue than what copper bullets do.

Can also use the hornady 243 seating die I already own so saves me a little there too

Any concern that you’re going to overspin a lead core to the point of coming apart?

Shouldn’t have issues. Even if i drop down to a 107 grain I should still be right around 300,000 but planning to stick around the 115-116 area of bullets
