I believe that would be classified as a
Hoppnrunsofastus. Locally known as a Jackaroo!

Growing up and living in the Dakotas my entire life it’s amazing how many people actually think these are real. Might have something to do with the fact you can find mounted ones in every tourist trap across the state.
