Planning my first all day hunt of this season this sunday, bucks are really starting to get moving here in illinois and the weather is gonna be perfect. pretty pumped, just hope my attention can stay sharp enough.

An all day sit in a tree stand can be pretty tough on a guy.I know the deer move all day this time of year but walking back to the truck for a sandwhich or something sure keeps the blood flowing and helps one stay alert.Good luck.

Done that 2 times. If I remember about 13 hours total in the tree. Got really stiff and did not get anything either time. The second time I took a book to read, helped the day go quicker.

last year i did it during gun season saw 25 deer 4 in range killed biggest buck of my life at last light saw him first at 10 and then again at 3
