I figure since I'm leaving the state soon this will be the year I draw a Chugach sheep tag or a Delta bison tag. IF I draw both, I'll consider staying for another 8 months....

Usually, they're released at 5:00 PM AK Time on Friday. You know, when all Alaska Fish & Game folks are leaving for the weekend so they can't field any angry phone calls Last year email notices were sent out, hoping they do that again. If you have to log onto the state's website it can be tough as everyone is trying to log on at once when the results are out.

Supposedly they had a "glitch" in the email delivery system.

They seem to have some sort of a glitch every year. Last year being the first "glitch free" year in the last 7 years? At least they're consistent. They say by end of day today.

My wife is the luckiest person alive... She's applied for permits 5 years and has pulled 8 permits.

She pulled a road system goat AND a Chugach sheep. I wish it would rub off on me.

Nothing for me, luckily. Now I don't need to second guess my move decision.
