OK. Places like Talon Air, and a few others hover arround thw $1,500 mark for a do it yourself camp... Talon (For Example) says they can get you into 'Bou, and will move you once for $1,500.

Is operations like this OK. I read a magazine article and looked up the guy and called him and He bragged about Talon air service. Others I talk to says don't go unless you're being dropped off by an Outfitter.. Whats the Scoop ?!?!!?

Any comments on this ?

I've used Talon twice and they are the shit in my book and will fly with them again. Plus if you pop a moose they fly it back for free. There only downside is that they use floats, even then its not a hinderance. Wheels are better IMO. They use beavers and an otter so they have pretty decent lift capabilities. Good family run business who actually cares about the hunters and not always the money. zero hidden costs.
