Air fryer recipes wanted

The air fryer pretty much opens the door for me to lie to myself about healthy eating. I gotta say though they sure are handy for making quick dinners especially when your chasing kids around.

Makes sense on all fronts lol...hmmm no kids left to chase around but might free up more time to chase the Mrs, time to log onto Amazon Prime....

I do schnitzel once/month in mine. Pound some pork. Dip in flour. Dip in egg. Dip in panko. Airfry. Squeeze lemon over it. Eat.

Not as good as an oil fry, but still great.
