Adding cellular to any cam?

Been doing a lot of thinking lately and I believe I have figured out how to create a device to retrofit older trail cams to ones that support cellular.

There’s only one part of it I’m a little unsure of but I think it’s totally doable as I’ve found a couple example projects that were somewhat similar.

Anyways... I wondered if that’s something that would be helpful for others here and if anyone here would want to chat about it.

Is that because some states don’t allow cell cameras or is there some other reason? Something I haven’t thought of here?
