This is really for commuting. I may be bumping up to a sport tourer (think Yamaha Tracer 900 GT) when the lil one heads to college and there will be no real reason to be around the house much I have been riding on the streets for about 35 years now and have been an MSF Rider Coach and Military Motorcycle Mentor. At times in the past I MAAAAY have exceeded the speed limit by quite a bit but those escapades and long behind me. My bikes have been (in order) a 1973-4 Honda CL 175, a 1980 Suzuki GS 550L, a 1992 Yamaha FZR600 (bought new, stolen and totaled ), a 1990 Honda CBR600, a 1987 Yamaha FZ700, a 1987 KLR650 and now Karl This lil guy is peppy and fun for getting around. Very impressed so far.
