When you hit your 40s, it’s important to keep your mind sharp.
To help, I begin each day by playing a series of brain games like asking myself,
“Where did I put my keys?” and “Why did I walk in here?”

Every time we enter a room we stop and ask ourselves, "what am I here after?"

And how they bill the S out of you or have housekeeping knock like they are serving you a warrant if you are still in your room at 10:05. Yet very often they don’t have your room ready at 3PM.
