A little humour for your day

Not that I know of. Mine was my dad’s. I’d have no use for one if it wasn’t for him. Rulers and tape measures are much more common now.

Let’s see a pic of yours!
Out in the shop...I have one and still use it for squaring up frame & panel doors and face frames, during glue up.

I bet my horse thought this many times.

As kids we rode ours bareback with a figure 8 of whatever rope we could find as a bridle. We'd chase deer on horseback with our little 30 pound stick bows, shooting light target arrows from 100 yards away. No deer were ever harmed.

Our fat old bay mare loved to get up to a decent trot downhill then slow down just enough to bounce you down her neck and over her head as she ducked. Then she'd lightly step on your foot out of pure spite as she passed!

I probably deserved it. :)

We are supposed to get up to a half inch of ice…maybe 6” of snow as well in Mississippi. If I don’t make it…most of the memes here were entertaining…I thank you for the good times.View attachment 399356
Hope you stocked up on bread and milk. 😂

I talked to my parents down there today. They were at the grocery store when I called. They just installed a whole home generator last year.

These people are loosing their minds again…grocery stores are empty. Glad I got five deer in the freezer and plenty of wood to burn in the grill.
I install those generators…I’ve had calls about getting them in by Friday!🤣

The meteorologists were working hard on the click bait and hyperbole.
Came across my feed today calling for at least 3 inches of ice, roughly along the Mason-Dixon line
and recipients should expect to be without power for at least a week, up to a month
