Next time my wife accuses me of forgetting what she told me.

So a friend of mine , lets call her Rue , was asking me for advice . Her ex borrowed her car without asking and totaled it , lets call him Boo , and she only had PLPD insurance , so total loss .
Now she needs a new car and has no idea what car to buy or how to come up with the money . My advice ?
