Ohio's archery season opened last weekend but movement has been very slow. Hot temps and lots of acorns. Im trying to pass the time till things pick up so I figured I'd post a few of the trail cam pics I've gotten so far this year.

Got out this weekend here in Illinois. Temps dropped big time for yesterday, and the wind picked up around 20 gusting to 35. Had 5 deer within 30 yards but never had a good shot. Brush, quartering toward me, or a fawn in front of the doe I wanted. Only saw 1 this morning and she headed off on a different trail. Lots of acorns and the farmers are getting the corn out. I'll try again next weekend.

I did manage to find a Quarine (hen-of-the-woods) yesterday!

Sorry, these were supposed to go on here as well. I still haven't found the one im after. The last pic is him from last year. I missed him (before he broke his g3) so I have revenge on my mind.
