I cut the horn bases today and they are still wet inside. Going to let it dry for another few weeks. I set it together to see how it looked. May end up bleaching the skull again after it’s fully dry. Wish I could have saved the light nasal bones. I just couldn’t get the gunk out of there without using some pliers. Maybe need to simmer it longer on the next one. Otherwise it is turning out pretty good for my lack of skull cleaning skills.
