How much money do people make/have that do these hunts?

Had an offer this year to go on a cull hunt with the possibility to take a 60 to 70 pound elephant for 15,000.00. Only problem was that was about 14,500.00 out of my price range!!!!! Though you could probably sell the ivory from a 60 pounder for about 30K. Some people just have more money then they know what to do with.
