I went down to Utah two weeks ago for the Bowcast at the Bird 3d archery shoot at Snowbird ski resort...they had the first ever 46rail Mountain mile run shoot. It was 1.1 miles with starting at the bottom shooting targets up as you gained 700 ft in elevation...Starting at 8,000ft, and shooting up then coming back down..you shot clay pigeons on this course...running a penelty run for misses...Only 50 guys were let in, I got in as an alternate, and won my first heat. Making the semi-final...and taking 3rd in that heat...was fun...bettered my day two time by 2 min. Ended up 13th overall...will train harder next year. If it stirs you coco you can findout about it at www.bowcastatthebird.com
I shoot for a different bow company but made Hoyts re-cap video...I am guy number four down the hill in the video..gives you an idea of how steep it was...
