No not yet! Still got a limp and lots of swelling.... 12-15 month recovery, hopefully by next Hunting season.

Snowed off and on today, spotted a nice bull about 1100 yards off, closed too 700 yards. Snow came and only 2 hours left of daylight and he was across the canyon, did I mention snowing plus 20 mph winds . So we left him for in the morning. He’ll still be there in the morning!

Yes I use goat coats when it’s below 40 degrees or rain/snow.

At home now, had a close call on the way out but no dice. Was a very fun trip with my wife! Her first backpack trip. So much fun we’re headed back next weekend

I love the superb account of your adventure. In my 50's and could use some of those goats. Have not been on a pack hunt in 4 years now. Miss it. Good luck on tagging out but more than that keep having a great time.
