What you all cookin for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

All day snack buffet today, summer sausage, cheese, deviled eggs, smoked salmon, mac and cheese, and ribs. Prime rib tomorrow.

New beer selection was a success.

A buddy in Wisconsin sent me a big box of meats and cheeses from a place he likes. Gonna have a Dirt Church or two with some of it. mtmuley
 
Had the family potluck today featuring the usual dried out ham. I need to take that over like I did with the Thanksgiving turkey. Tomorrow I have my youngest daughter and her family coming over. Smoked prime rib, shrimp cocktail, smothered green beans and potatoes, and the leftover hashbrown casserole I made today. Play with the granddaughter and kick back while we watch Die Hard.

Taking an appetizer (Christmas spin on caprese) and dessert (pumpkin chiffon pie) to a dinner tonight. Made some layered white and dark chocolate candy cane treats and some homemade Irish cream as little gifts for the host and other guests.
