I'd look to put it in a rokstok or Peak 44 as well but that'll likely put you over budget.. Maybe drop down to a DD Enticer or other less expensive suppressor to make it fit?

I'm well under $3k all-in for each of the Tikkas in my gun cabinet, which shoot good enough for me! The picture below is from today's range session at 400 yards. Factory Tikka T3X 6.5 PRC, Zeiss V4, SilencerCo Omega 300, and factory Berger 156 EOL (6.5 PRC case for comparison).

Go handle any rifle you can. Pick the one you like. Then go on to optics. Lots of options, again, pick the one that works for you. I don't know shit about suppressors. The first two come first. mtmuley
